We typically meet bi-weekly or monthly, depending on your needs. Between sessions, you'll experiment with new approaches, notice patterns, and integrate insights. I'm available for support between sessions as needed.
As our coaching relationship concludes, we'll consolidate your learning, ensure you have tools for ongoing development, and design a transition that honors the work we've done together.

These 1:1 sessions are a space for you to keep coming back to what matters most. Each conversation ends with a thoughtfully redesigned strategy for the weeks ahead, so you leave feeling both grounded and clear about your next steps.
