In our first sessions, we'll clarify your goals, explore your current reality, and design a coaching relationship that serves your unique needs. We may use leadership assessments like The Leadership Circle Profile to deepen self-awareness.

Ongoing Coaching

We typically meet bi-weekly or monthly, depending on your needs. Between sessions, you'll experiment with new approaches, notice patterns, and integrate insights. I'm available for support between sessions as needed.

Integration & Transition

As our coaching relationship concludes, we'll consolidate your learning, ensure you have tools for ongoing development, and design a transition that honors the work we've done together.

Reflection & Accountability Circles

These small circles are spaces to come back to your word, your intentions, and your real life in community. There is a unique power in learning together—hearing how others navigate successes and setbacks, realizing you're not alone, and being gently witnessed as you grow.

In each session, we'll reflect on what has unfolded since we last met, clarify what you want to carry forward, and commit to a few aligned actions. Over time, these circles often become a soft landing place, a source of encouragement, and a quiet networking opportunity with people who care about leading with intention.

Frequently Asked Questions

How is this different from therapy?

Coaching is future-focused and action-oriented. While therapy often explores past experiences and healing, coaching helps you clarify where you want to go and build capacity to get there. We work in the present toward your future, though we'll certainly notice patterns from your past that inform your leadership today.

How long does coaching typically last?

It varies based on your goals. Some clients work with me for 3-6 months on a specific transition. Others engage in longer-term development over a year or more. We'll design something that fits your needs and can adjust as we go.

Do you work with clients outside Toronto?

Absolutely. While I'm based in Toronto, I work with clients globally via Zoom. I've coached leaders across North America, Europe, and beyond.

What if I'm not sure coaching is right for me?

Start with the free 30-minute consultation. We'll explore your situation, I'll explain how coaching works, and we'll both get a sense of whether we're a good fit. There's no obligation to continue beyond that conversation.

Can I combine different offerings?
