Recently Ayelet Magen presented "coaching" to the team. Wow!!! What a fabulous presentation. I would encourage everyone to consider hosting this session at a team meeting. The one hour session introduces how to build an alliance with the client, listen and ask questions. Ayelet is very passionate about coaching and her enthusiasm shines through her delivery - she is well prepared, offers a great PowerPoint presentation, handouts and plenty of interaction with the team.

I was recently fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with Ayelet Magen. As a result of my sessions with Ayelet, I found myself more confident and grounded. The results I got from our sessions were that you caused me to walk away from the sessions with a greater understanding of how I could start to challenge my beliefs and values in a more constructive way. You seem to have an ability to see through me in a profound way. After a few short sessions you were able to pinpoint facts about myself that I knew were there but were either too afraid or busy to look into. These facts helped me to challenge negative beliefs about myself and try to break those beliefs down to help build up stronger and more meaningful values.

Ayelet makes me feel whole, like there is nothing wrong with me. Ayelet makes me feel compatant and that she trusts me. Besides being an intelligent, effective and creative coach Ayelet has gone far beyond the "proffessional relationship" in that she has done whatever it takes be that financial, personal and proffessional to help me help myself. Ayelet has facilitated and supported me to sucessfully stop taking drugs and alchohol and has encouraged my participation in 12 step groups and programs for which I am almost 2 years clean and sober which I was unable to stop before working directly on this problem with Ayelet. Ayelet has also helped me to stop smoking cigarrettes a 30 year habit that I was unable to tackle before regular sessions with Ayelet. Ayelet also helps me to cope with and strategize challenges that I have in all areas of my life with my kids, xwife, work, family ect. Besides our proffessional relationship I quickly came to consider Ayelet a great friend, someone I could relate to, confide in and trust. I look forward to our weekly sessions. I highly recommend Ayelet to everyone who would like to improve their relationships to themselves, others and their quality of life.
